Having qualified employees, contributing in development of employees working within the frame of their skills and abilities, and maintaining a long-term togetherness with these employees, constitutes the basic of our Human resource policy. 

Our Human Resources Policy formed within this vision is to meet the requirement of labor force in line with the strategic plans and targets of our company; and to ensure the utilization and sustainability of this force most productively. In this scope,

Our Human Resources Policy is;   

  • To employ responsible personnel open to innovations and changes, targeting to improve himself/herself and his/her job;
  • To put the performance management into practice;
  • To act with the consciousness of that the environment and human form a whole, to create a safe, healthy and peaceful working environment in terms of job security and worker health and to ensure its sustainability;
  • To form the consciousness of company culture that meets the social and cultural requirements enhancing productivity of the personnel, and that strengthens the loyalty to Muratlı Carton and makes the work incentive;
  • To determine the training requirements of our employees and preparing and applying training programs, and provide our employees with continuous training and development.           

  
Our Relations with Our Employees  

  • Obtaining opinions from the employees by means of questionnaires and other similar ways, ensuring their participations; and accordingly, determining the direction of the applications to be made.     
  • Organizing picnics, dinner parties intended for breaking fast in Ramadan, football and volleyball tournaments under the name of social activities, in order to enable the employees to coalesce with each other.

 Employment  

In order to bring qualified and successful applicants to the establishment and to employ them within its structure for a long term in line with the requirements of the company and with the expectations of the employees, the followings are considered:

  • The applicant(s) determined to be employed are requested to complete and submit their employment documents.

Training

Training continues throughout the business lives of our personnel. Therefore, training is given continuously in order to enable our personnel to keep up with all kinds of developments and changes.     

  • Training is formed with a plan at the end of each year in line with the training demands in the next year and the approved training plan is applied after the approval of the general manager. The approved plans are applied in the year within the scope of the plan.   
  • Training is planned as internal and external training on a yearly basis with intent to meet the training requirements of our employees.
  • Both interior and exterior sourced training is formed for meeting the training requirements of our employees regarding enhancing worker health and worker security, their skill in work environment, knowledge and behaviors. 
  • After the implementation of the training, training content, trainer, organization and trainee must be evaluated by questionnaire management. Reports created in consequence of evaluation must be shared by the related units.

Internship

In accordance with the Apprenticeship and Vocational Training Law No 3308, final year students of Industry/Trade Vocational High Schools are subjected to vocational training. Among the students to be subjected to vocational training, the priority is given to the relatives of our employees. When the demands for the relatives of the employees of the company are received in April and May, the demands must be regulated by negotiating with the schools about the available quotas.
