In our factory, foundations of which was laid in 1995 in Muratlı district of the city of Tekirdağ, that came into operation at the end of 1997, coated carton production between 225 gr/m2 and 400 gr/m2  is made by use of the Italian origin carton machine of the firm Over Meccanica. Coated duplex cartons registered as Alfaprint are manufactured to be used in all kinds of package and graphic printing works requiring high level of printability feature; and coated triplex cartons registered as Alfatriplex are produced to be used in the luxury packages of medicines, cosmetics and foods and in postcard prints. 

During production, deviations from the standard values can be kept in the tolerable minimum limits by means of the on-line process control system; and production of carton competitive in the market can be made by continuous quality monitoring. In our laboratory equipped with the latest technology, final controls of all the inputs and products are made and the product suitable for the standards is ensured to be presented to the market. Having the biggest physical and biologic treatment facility of the region built with the consciousness of the damage against the environment that may arise during production due to harmful wastes, our establishment obtains all the water used in the production at the discharge values considerably below the discharge criteria, by treatment process.               

100% waste paper is used in our products and by this means; an important contribution is made in protection of our environment and domestic sources. Our products have the feature of recyclability. Besides, efficiency in production has been increased by obtaining clean and uninterrupted electricity with our investment in the power plant producing electricity and vapor by use of natural gas.
